Our product is an alternative to the local housing crisis here in Summit County by offering residents the ability to buy something that is affordable. We also offer the opportunity for a second home to those looking to escape the 'hustle and bustle' of everyday city life and in need of breath of fresh mountain air while embarking on some outdoor adventures!

As the outdoors are important to all of us; we use what is naturally given to us and work hard in an attempt to keep our carbon footprint low. How you might ask?

The logs we use to build our cabins come from environmentally friendly reclaimed timber. This native timber comes from the Pike National Forest nestled right here, in the beautiful Colorado mountains. The trees harvested, died a long time ago due to the beetle infestation which killed a lot of our forest. By removing these dead trees we help prevent forest fires and help the forest produce fresh growth. Once removed they are dried below industry standard to insure there rustic beauty.
